The retrofit map, quote comparison, project sequence and quote preparation tools run in your browser. No form-delivery service or inquiry database is connected. The forms do not request a phone number or email address. Quote names, amounts, review marks and free-text project notes are not submitted to us.

Your browser requests the website from Cloudflare. Like other website hosting, delivering those pages involves network information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time and browser headers. This is separate from the text you type into a local planning tool. Do not place private information in URLs.

Temporary Storage for Your Geothermal Planner

When you explicitly choose to use the map in a project brief, its technical selections and generated summary are placed in session storage for this browser tab, with a 30-minute expiry. The brief consumes that handoff when opened. Resetting the map removes its staged handoff.

The expiry is checked when the saved handoff is read; it is not a background deletion service. Closing the tab generally ends its session storage, subject to browser session-restoration behavior. You can also clear site data in the browser. If storage is unavailable, copy or download the result instead.

Saved Geothermal Quote Requests

Copy puts the selected result on your device clipboard. Download saves a text file through your browser. Printing uses the browser’s print function. Those copies remain under your control and are not removed by resetting the tool.

Project-brief entries are held in the page while it is open rather than deliberately saved as a contact record. Avoid sensitive information. Your browser may apply its own autofill, history or recovery features.

Following a link to a government agency, utility or manufacturer leaves this website. That website applies its own data practices. This website does not submit your project details to those sources or check eligibility on your behalf.

Privacy Before Public Quote Requests Open

Before online quote delivery opens, the operator and receiving contact must be identified. This notice will explain any new collection, storage, delivery, sharing and retention arrangements. Publishing this website does not activate a quote-delivery service.

Reloading the quote comparison or project sequence clears their current entries; the explicit retrofit-map handoff has the separate expiry described above.
